Bali Dolphin/Dolphins Lodge Bali Program:
Bali Dolphin(Dolphins Lodge Bali) program include the complimentary return transfer to and from your hotel at Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Sanur. Complimentary transfers are based on minimum 2 persons.
Pick-up & Transfer

1. Morning program pick-up time( Maximum :14 Person)
   - Starts at 09.00 am, back to your hotel approx. at 12.30 pm
2. Afternoon program pick up time(Maximum:14 Person)
   - Starts at 12.30 pm, back to your hotel approx. at 15.30 pm
3. Evening program pick up time(Maximum  :11 Person)
   - Starts at 15.00 pm back to your hotel approx. at 18.00 pm
4. Transfer for other area is available with extra costs (pick up time will be one hour earlier than normal pick time for each session)
   - Within Uluwatu area @US$ 20 / person, minimum 2 persons
   - Within Tanah Lot area @US$ 20 / person. Minimum 2 persons
   - Within Ubud area @US$ 20 / person, minimum 2 persons

General Info:

1. During the high season months - June to September - it is essential to plan well ahead and book well in advance if you want to book a dolphin interact.
2. Adults and children with history of epilepsy or similar illnesses, children under the age of 5 years or below the minimum height of 1.35m and women who are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant are prohibited in the water with the dolphins.
3. Depending on the weather conditions of the day, sea conditions can result in clients becoming seasick while out at sea. Cancellations of tours can occur with very little warning.
4. Bali Dolphin / Dolphin Lodge Bali operates daily with three programs. Each duration approximately three to three and a half hours and a complete guided commentary is given throughout the tour.
5. Bali Dolphin / Dolphin Lodge Bali restricts the number of dolphin swimmers allowed in the water maximum 5 visitors with one dolphin.
6. Bali Dolphin / Dolphin watching does not have the same capacity restrictions as interacting and is not under the same demands as dolphin interacting. There is however a restrictions to participate as both a swimmer or a watcher to a maximum of 15 passengers per boat. Both Dolphin Bali Lodge programs, interacting and watching utilize the same boat.
7. Bali Dolphin / Dolphin Lodge Bali boats are fitted with hot deck showers and toilets for passenger comfort and have covered areas for protection against the weather elements.
8. Things to bring on the tour are a swimsuit and towel (if swimming), gear bag, warm clothing and camera.
9. On october 2010, every sunday there will be no dolphin tour services.

Bali Dolphins / Bali Dolphin Tour (Dolphin Lodge Bali)

Dolphin Tour & Dolphin Encounter Itinerary of Bali Dolphins / Dolphin Lodge Bali Tour

1. Dolphin Lodge Bali / Dolphin Tour provides free transfer service between your staying hotel and Dolphin Lodge Bali. The picking up time around  09:00am for 1st session / 12:30pm for 2nd session / 15:00pm for 3rd session.. You can choose and book it. The time for transfer from hotel to Dolphin Lodge Bali / Dolphin tour is required about 30 minutes to 1 hour. It depends on the hotel location.
   Dolphin Lodge Bali is located in small island named Serangan Island near Sanur. It is not many tourists visit there. There is only “Turtle Island,” and a quiet fishing village. Dolphin Lodge Bali is on the beach in there.
   
2. Upon arrival to Dolphin Lodge Bali, you can change the clothes to swimming wear. Dolphin Lodge Bali provides the changing rooms, lockers, and shower rooms for returning back.Dolphin Lodge Bali is serving welcome drink, mineral water. There is the wide space with tables and chairs to wait until Dolphin Encounter starting.
   
3. Before the starting Dolphin Encounter, guests ride on the speed boat transferring to the pontoon in 5 minutes.
   
4. There are 4 divided pools on pontoon. Dolphin Lodge Bali has 10 lovely dolphins. Dolphin Lodge Bali provides a shallow area (1.5 meters depth approx) in pontoon for the visitors to play and enclosure with dolphins. Dolphin encounter is started to interact by maximum 14 persons in one session. The time of Dolphin encounter is continuing for 40 minutes. You can really enjoy, play and enclose with dolphins. And you are getting the excellent memories in dolphin encounter in Bali. 
5. After enjoy Dolphin Encounter, you will take the speed boat again and return back. Upon arrival to Serangan Island, you can take shower and change the clothes.
   
6. Dolphin Lodge Bali provides free transfer to go back or drop off to your hotel.
   The arrival time to hotel is around 12:30pm for 1st session / 15:30pm for 2nd session / 18:00pm for 3rd session.
